We’re Ali and Megan, the duo behind WildCrafted. Our story began years ago, working side by side behind the bar and bonding over a steady exchange of recipes that celebrated the benefits of clean, fresh ingredients. That curiosity for flavors, paired with our shared love of true hospitality, sparked a bigger vision, and WildCrafted was born!

Together, we bring creativity, care, and intention to everything we do—from developing unique recipes and curating personalized menus to creating moments that bring people together. We value clear, responsive communication and take pride in being partners our clients can rely on at every step.

At our heart, we’re two friends who turned a shared passion into a purpose. What types of events do you cater to?
We provide mobile bartending services in San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country for weddings, corporate functions, private parties, fundraisers, and special celebrations. From intimate backyard gatherings to large-scale events, our team delivers a professional and seamless bar experience tailored to your occasion.
 

Do you provide the alcohol for events?
We do not supply the alcohol directly, but we guide you every step of the way. Our team will provide a detailed shopping list, quantity calculations, and expert recommendations to ensure you purchase the right selections for your guest count and menu.
 

What areas do you serve?
Wildcrafted Events serves San Antonio, New Braunfels, and surrounding areas within a 60-mile radius. (Additional travel fees may apply outside this service area.)
 

Can you create custom cocktails for my event?
Absolutely! Signature cocktails are one of our specialties. We work with you to design a personalized drink menu that reflects your style, theme, or season — complete with fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and curated garnishes.
 

How many bartenders will I need for my event?
It depends on the size and flow of your event. Smaller gatherings may only need one bartender, while weddings and larger parties often require two or more to ensure quick, efficient service and a smooth guest experience. We’ll help you determine the right staffing when planning your event.
 

What supplies do you provide?
We supply all professional bar tools and essentials, including ice, cups, napkins, coolers, garnishes, mixers, and bar signage. Our signature rustic bar setup — complete with décor and ambient lighting — is also included with most packages.
 

Do you handle setup and breakdown?
Yes! Every package includes one hour of setup before the event and one hour of breakdown after. Our bartenders arrive prepared, manage all bar details, and leave the space clean when service is complete.
 

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Wildcrafted Events carries general liability insurance for your peace of mind. Our bartenders are experienced professionals trained in responsible service practices.
 

Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Of course! We can design mocktails and alcohol-free beverages so every guest — including kids, non-drinkers, or sober guests — feels included in the celebration.
